Servers ensure food and drink orders are taken accurately and delivered to guests. They are responsible for the overall cleanliness of tables and other areas of the restaurant. The Server role is highly visible and at all times acts as a representative of the brand’s values, quality and customer experience. Servers may also operate in the capacity of Shift Supervisors, as designated by the General Manager. Supervisory responsibilities include managing scheduled hourly workers according to business need, responding to feedback / issues as they arise, overseeing quality control in all aspects of food and beverage service, and contributing to recruitment and performance management processes as needed. As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you support the overall success and profitability of the business, including training, recruitment decisions, marketing & promotions, cost effective maintenance, identifying and training managers, and supporting the community being served.
